Maintenance
Our full-service maintenance department is staffed by trained and experienced service men and women.
Our trucks carry an array of chemicals from today’s top manufacturers and maintenance supplies necessary to keep your pool or spa clean and functioning properly.
We offer regular service accounts in the Vail and Aspen Valley areas.

Service Includes:
- Cleaning, netting, and vacuuming debris each visit
- Cleaning water line / tile as needed
- Cleaning sand or cartridge filters as necessary
- Checking and adjusting water level for proper operation
- Checking and adjusting water balance and sanatizer
- Mechanical checks, with issus reported to our repair team
- Cleaning spa covers and applying vinyl protectant
- Basic snow removal (up to 10 minutes per visit)
Chemcals provided for Self-Contained Spas up to 1000 gallons (as needed):
- pH Increaser/Decreaser
- Alkalinity Increaser
- Calcium Hardness Increaser
- Multi-purpose shock
- Bromine or Chlorine Tablets
Chemicals Provided for Pools and Custom Spas over 1000 gallons (as needed):
- Same as self-contained spas, plus:
- Stain & Scale
- Clarifier
- Anti-foam
- Muriatic Acid
- Enhanced Sanitizer & Shock
- Mineral Cartridges
Additional Services – Done upon request with verbal or written approval (Billed Separately):
- Drain, clean, and refill spas
- Additional snow removal (over 10 minutes)

- Start-ups and winterizing

Terms and Conditions
Billing
- Customers are billed monthly for all services and additional chemicals/supplies provided. Payment is due upon receipt.
- The customer is responsible for supplying a credit card or ACH agreement to receive prices listed above.
- All other services, including spas over 1000 gallons, pools, and services other than what we advertise are billed at customized or hourly rates.
- Based on service frequency & capacity, the last or first service of the month may be billed on the prior or following monthly invoice.
- Pricing and rates are subject to change after one year.
Access Requirements
- Customers must provide access to pool/spa systems, including water and power sources. A service fee applies if access is not available at time of service.
- Snow removal over 10 minutes due to limited access will incur additional charges.
Cancellation
- Customers must notify us in writing at least 15 days before cancelling service.
Rental Properties
- May be subject to additional charges for special treatments, extra visits, or scheduling accommodations.
Liability
- We are not liable for damage caused by humidity, equipment failure (except in cases of gross negligence), or missed service due to access issues.
- Customer agrees to allow only Colorado Pool + Spa Scapes to perform service and repairs on the system.
Chemical Storage
- Customers are responsible for providing proper storage for supplied chemicals.
- If chemicals are unavailable at the start of service, new containers will be charged.
Emergency Conditions
- Emergency issues discovered during service will be addressed promptly and billed based on time and materials.
- We will attempt to contact the customer before any emergency work begins.
Spa Regular Service**
Clean, vacuum debris and sanitize waterline each visit. Check and adjust water level for proper operation, water balance and sanitizer each visit. Clean filter cartridge, clean & sanitize vinyl cover and apply vinyl protectant as needed. Visually inspect all mechanical systems and inner hot tub fixtures for any leaks, failures or upgrades needed. All premium water balance and sanitizing chemicals are included. The regular service does not include non-compulsory chemicals or accessories. **
Pool Regular Service**
Clean, vacuum and skim debris each visit. Check and adjust water level for proper operation, water balance and sanitizer each visit. Clean waterline/tile, clean pool cover as needed. Clean or backwash filter as necessary. Visually inspect all mechanical systems and inner pool fixtures for any leaks, failures, or upgrades, as needed. All premium water balance and sanitizing chemicals are included. The regular service does not include non-compulsory chemicals or accessories. **
